Inauguration of Jose Huizar in Los Angeles Theatre

On December 1st, 2005 Jose Huizar was inaugurated as Councilmember of District 14 in the City of Los Angeles at the historic Los Angeles Theatre. The celebration was heard throughout the streets and the Los Angeles Fire Department performed a visual display by blocking off Broadway and raising their ladders in solute to the occasion.
