CCCD provides development services to municipalities and property owners. With our extensive real estate background, members of our Board of Directors provide a unique expertise to and construction project.

We have long-standing working relationships with companies in various industries including construction, marketing, and sales, which allow us to bring a wealth of knowledge and experties to each of our projects. We design each project to have a high impact on the city center areas that we build in.

CCCD is a newly emerging Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) certified by HUD. As such we are qualified to work with municipalities to utilize annual appropriations of affordable housing funds decated for CHDO's. Our goal is to build affordable for-sale housing on in-fill sites.

In addition to affordable housing construction we are uniquely qualified for inner city commercial redevelopment projects. From brownfield sites, to historic buildings, main street redevelopment to single tenant sites, we have the expertise to develop these types of properties. 

Currently we are developing a affordable housing project in the City of Alhambra that represents the types of projects we look for. Working for the Redevelopment Agency we took an underutalized site for the City and are creating an opportunity for 8 affordable townhome units. CCCD is providing development services, builder services, and first time home buyer qualification and loan assistance on behalf of the City. Please see our Projects Page for more details.
