Our Development Projects
Howard Street Townhomes, Alhambra, 8 units
CCCD is working on behalf of the Alhambra Redevelopment Agency to redevelop a City owned in-fill site into 8-units of affordable for-sale townhomes. CCCD is providing development services, builder services, and first time home buyer qualification and loan assistance on behalf of the City. Funding is provided through the City of Alhambra Redevelopment Agency. The ownership of the townhomes will be deed restricted to be purchased by qualified low and moderate income households for 45 years. Project began in August of 2010 and is anticipated to be completed by September of 2011. These 8-units will provide high quality townhome style 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath units to low to moderate income residence of the City of Alhambra. Project Partners
