AMS has been involved in hundreds of arts facility development and operating plans since its found-ing in 1988. These include operating and strategic plans for major performing arts organizations such as the Orange County Performing Arts Center in California, City of Phoenix Theater Manage-ment Division, Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) in Ohio, Lincoln Center in New York City, and we are currently advising arts organizations that will be moving to the new World Trade Center site. AMS also maintains a comprehensive ongoing analysis of the operational per-formance of twenty-five major Performing Arts Centers across the United States and Canada.
