Westlake Reed Leskosky, with offices in Cleveland, OH, Washington, DC and Phoenix, AZ, is an integrated architectural and engineering firm with a specialization in large-scale historic preservation projects and are national leaders in the adaptive re-use of historic theatres into contemporary performing arts venues. WRL’s portfolio now includes work on over two hundred properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The firm is fully accustomed to working with local and state preservation commissions with many of their primary clientele include municipalities and federal agencies.

The firm strives to work within the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation to ensure that historic fabric is respected and retained in all of the firm’s work. Westlake Reed Leskosky frequently begins work at the very early phases of projects and has undertaken numerous projects that started with an initial feasibility assessment. Westlake Reed Leskosky was founded in Cleveland in 1905 and now has offices in Phoenix, Arizona; Cleveland, Ohio and Washington, DC.
